Monday's ETF with Unusual Volume: FNI

The First Trust ISE Chindia Index Fund ETF (FNI) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Monday, with over 274,000 shares traded versus three month average volume of about 45,000.  Shares of FNI were off about 1.2% on the day.
